123 Meme

Wow, I got tagged on the blog'osphere by a friend of mine, Steph! With the suggestion to do a 123 Meme, wherein you go to page 123 in any book, find the fifth sentence and blog it. Then find 5 friends to tag! So here goes:

After the files are sent, that resource opens up again for the next client.
From Website Sound, by Patrick Seaman & Jim Cline. Published by New Riders Publishing, 1996

And I'm tagging:

Jeff
Jason

and then I realized that I need more friends who blog!

So I sent it back to Steph:

Steph

I'm also blogging this on Myspace, and hitting two more friends who blog on there..

Finally found a use for that old book!

Must see

Well one of my good friends read my list of "to do's" and suggested one more, the following video:

Hot Cuppa

Then he also showed me a page of quotes from Mike Rowe, I've been a fan of him since Dirty Jobs came on the air. After that I noticed that he did the narrative on the show Deadliest Catch.

Enjoy!

Work work and more work, new list!

Well we have finished off the old list, so it is time for a new one!!!!

The house is on the market, it was kind of funny actually, we signed all the paperwork last Thursday and went about our business, we had our list, and new there were things to do that weren't on the list. There's always things to do that don't make it to the list!!

We have been taking classes while all this other stuff was going on. We have been learning Bernina Version 5 software for embroidery, it is pretty nice software actually, but as with most software to work with specific hardware, you have to learn how to manipulate the software to get things done. Anyway, Sunday was way full, we dismantled the Greenhouse, the storage shelves on the back patio, and loaded up a new storage unit with a bunch of stuff. Took the pups out to the folks and fixed the rest of the fence, by the time all this was done it was 7 ish? We still had to get supper and get our shopping done. By the time this was accomplished it was 9 or so. We were kind of bummed because the sign still was not in the yard. It was the let down you get when you have worked exceptionally hard to get everything done, knowing there is more to do, but feeling accomplished, yet still the part you have no control over isn't done. We were like why did we work so hard to get the house ready, we still have time, since the sign isn't in the yard.... Hehe, when I took out the trash to the curb, I opened the front door and heard a strange clunk... There was a keybox on our door! I went out and sure enough the sign was in the yard!!!

We went from "Ok we have more time" to "Oh crap we have too much to do" in record time! Swept the floors, started laundry, shampoo the throw rug in the living room scrubbed the floors, cleaned the bathrooms, spot cleaned the bedroom carpets, did the dishes in the sink, dusted the computers and went completely ape "sh(*"!!!!!

It was two thirty when I went to bed.

The new and improved list:

Dremel the bathtub and re-seal
Remove all the trash from the frame of the greenhouse
Clean out the shed
Mow and trim the lawn, (again)
Get more pine nuggets, (enough is never enough)
Clean out the front entryway
Place the throw rugs through the house
Pack up even more of the computer stuff and put them in the walk in closet.
Move extra chairs to storage.
Scrub off the back patio and move shelving units to storage
Trim trees from the neighbors yard and haul away
Trim the Honeysuckle off the back fence and cut down a tree hanging over that fence
Stack up the cinder blocks to make it look better

Can't wait!

Lovely!
