MMMM chocolate
For anyone that doesn't know, I am a chocoholic, I admit it, freely. I am one of those who likes the dark chocolate too, almost to the point of eating the bittersweet baking chocolate, not quite, but almost... Well for anyone else out there who might be interested, Hershey's has put out a new super dark chocolate, 60% as they call it. It is dense, dark chocolate! However, the name is kind of weird, 60% of what? 60% more chocolate? 60% less milk, or 60% of some unknown substance?
For what it is worth the chocolate is grand!

Wisconsin man trapped in chocolate vat for two hours
KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) - It might sound like a chocoholic's dream, but stepping into a vat of chocolate became a two-hour nightmare for a 21-year-old man Friday morning.
The man, an employee of a Kenosha company that supplies chocolate ingredients, told police he got into the tank at Debelis Corp. to unplug it and became trapped waist-deep in the chocolate.
"It was pretty thick. It was virtually like quicksand," said Police Capt. Randy Berner.
Co-workers, police and firefighters tried to free the man but couldn't get him loose until the chocolate was thinned out. Berner said the worker was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Oh, wow, what did they do with the chocolate though. Part of me hopes they threw it away, but what a waist of chocolate! (pun intended)
