Subliminal?

There are recorded problems with graphics design, from the original "Little Mermaid" cover, to "The Rescuers", whether or not the reference is accidental or intentional, it still happens.

Currently a logo is having the same issue, for the UK Office of Government Commerce. A recent design for a logo for them came up with, OGC. When you turn their logo 90° to the right, those letters appear differently.

Wow, just wow. You would think that putting 3 letters together would be a no brainer, and maybe that was the problem.
