Another month!

Well another month has almost gone by without me posting an entry at all.... Been a busy month, still trying to find out where to put everything we have, the garage is now officially full.

Also the old house has not yet sold, and when I went over there last week the A/C was not working. The interior fan was blowing, but the outside unit would kick on, run for a couple of minutes then shut off. Thing was the fan on the exterior unit would never kick on!

The A/C unit itself was fine, the problem was a couple of years ago when the fan went out, I had it replaced, the heat and air guy left long lead wires on the new fan that was above the compressor, held up with a twist tie to keep them out of the fan.. The twist tie was gone.... The wires had been cut by the fan and bam no more A/C. A bit of soldering and tucking later, the A/C was up and running just fine again! Whoo hoo! Owning a home if FUN! Owning two is more FUN!!!
